Exchanges and/or Returns
Academy of Scuba will only exchange or return products that have not been used, damaged or marred in any way. Used gear will be automatically rejected. Gear must be in “Like New” condition to be accepted for an exchange or return. Like New is defined, but not limited to, unopened, still wrapped, etc. Exchanges and/or returns are at the sole and exclusive judgment of management of Academy of Scuba. To make an exchange or return, you must call the Academy of Scuba and request a Return Authorization Number. Postage to return or exchange products to Academy of Scuba shall be paid solely by the customer / shipper. Academy of Scuba shall not have any liability for exchanged or return product’s postage.
Refund Policy
All refund requests are at the sole discretion and whim of Management at the Academy of Scuba. Returns requesting refunds will receive “Store or Shop Credit” only. No Cash Refunds.
Restocking Fees
All refunds, exchanges and refunds are subject to a restocking fee up to, but not limited to, fifteen (15%) percent.
Trip Cancellation
The Academy of Scuba highly recommends Trip Insurance when purchasing a trip. There are NO refunds or credits for any cancelled or rescheduled trips. Any refunds or cancellations are at the sole discretion of the management at the Academy of Scuba. Rescheduled trips are subject to an administrative fee up to, but not limited to, twenty-five (25%) percent. Trip transfers are only allowed when the vendor allows transfers of trips from one party to another. All cancellations, refunds, or transfers may supersede any policies put in place by the Academy of Scuba.
Training Refunds, Cancellations or Reschedules
There are NO refunds for any training fees. Cancellations and Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of management. Any cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees up to 100% of the training fees/tuition paid.
Training Materials
There are no refunds, exchanges or returns of any training materials (elearning or workbooks).
All purchases may be subject to additional policies and procedures.
